How many hats can your crew customize per hour?
Each press station handles 30–45 hats per hour. We typically run 2–4 stations side-by-side, so 60–180 hats/hour is normal.
Do guests pick the color and style on-site?
Yes. We bring 4–8 hat styles in 6–12 colors each. Guests choose, the crew presses, they walk away wearing it.
Can we mix patches and embroidery at the same booth?
Yes — we run a hybrid bar with a press station and a live embroidery machine. Guests choose their decoration when they pick their hat.
How early do you need our artwork?
Final patch artwork 2 weeks before the event so we can produce the patches, sample-press them, and pack.
