What it is
Laser engraving doesn't fade. We burn names, logos, or short messages into wood coasters, leather hat patches, anodized water bottles, acrylic awards, and custom plaques. The result feels expensive because it is permanent — no ink, no wear, just the material itself. Great for executive gifting and high-end activations.
Best for
Luxury brands · executive gifts · partner appreciation · awards.
How it pairs
The Laser Engraving works as a standalone activation or as part of a multi-station bar. Most clients combine it with one or two other decoration formats to give guests choice — patches, embroidery, UV DTF hard goods, and laser-engraved leather are common pairings.
What you bring · what we bring
- You bring: brand artwork (vector preferred), guest count, event date and city, booth dimensions, and a primary contact for setup day.
- We bring: trained crew, all equipment (press machines, embroidery heads, hat blanks, patches), backup gear, signage, and a production lead who owns the booth flow.
Frequently asked
What materials engrave well?
Maple, walnut, birch, leather, anodized aluminum (silver/black/blue/red), acrylic, slate, and certain plastics. Painted metals reveal the base color.
Can you engrave individual names live?
Yes. We run a fast engraver at the booth and personalize 2–4 minutes per piece.
How small can the detail be?
Sub-millimeter precision. Fine serif type, hairline borders, and detailed seals all render cleanly.
Do you offer leather hat patches as a laser product?
Yes — see also the Patch Press service. Laser-etched leather patches are one of our most-booked combos.
