What it is
Strip the activation down to its fastest core: guests pick a hat and a patch, the crew heat-presses it in front of them, and they're back on the floor in under two minutes. The Patch Press Station is the format we recommend when foot traffic is heavy and the line has to keep moving.
Best for
High-volume conference floors · happy hours · field activations.
How it pairs
The Patch Press Station works as a standalone activation or as part of a multi-station bar. Most clients combine it with one or two other decoration formats to give guests choice — patches, embroidery, UV DTF hard goods, and laser-engraved leather are common pairings.
What you bring · what we bring
- You bring: brand artwork (vector preferred), guest count, event date and city, booth dimensions, and a primary contact for setup day.
- We bring: trained crew, all equipment (press machines, embroidery heads, hat blanks, patches), backup gear, signage, and a production lead who owns the booth flow.
Frequently asked
How is this different from the Live Hat Bar?
Patch Press Station is a sub-set: same patch menu, same press, but no embroidery machine on-site. Lower price, faster line.
What patch types do you press live?
Heat-applied woven, embroidered, leather, and PVC patches. All produced ahead of the event and sample-pressed during prep.
Can we have multiple patches for guests to mix?
Yes. We typically bring 3–6 patch options. Guests pick one when they pick their hat.
How small can the booth footprint be?
An 8×8 booth runs one press station comfortably. A 10×10 runs two.
