What it is
When the event needs hundreds of identical pieces, screen printing is the right call. We run the print at our shop ahead of the event, hand-fold and pack, and ship-to-show or deliver to your booth. Best for 1–4 color designs at 24+ pieces, with vivid spot-color inks that hold up wash after wash.

How it pairs
The Screen Printing works as a standalone activation or as part of a multi-station bar. Most clients combine it with one or two other decoration formats to give guests choice — patches, embroidery, UV DTF hard goods, and laser-engraved leather are common pairings.

- You bring: brand artwork (vector preferred), guest count, event date and city, booth dimensions, and a primary contact for setup day.
- We bring: trained crew, all equipment (press machines, embroidery heads, hat blanks, patches), backup gear, signage, and a production lead who owns the booth flow.

What's the minimum order?
24 pieces per design. Less than that and we'd route you to DTF apparel instead.
How many colors can you print?
Up to 8 spot colors per location. Simulated process for photo-real on dark garments.
Do you screen print live at events?
Rarely — it's set-up heavy. For live apparel personalization we use DTF heat-press instead, which is much faster on the floor.
